Chad game on Saturday, the 6th, to give me a bid for the work I wanted done, which was a very reasonable amount. He did the work today (cleaning my carpet, sofa and recliner. He did an excellent job. He is very competent and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done.

We recently had Norris Carpet Care service done at my parents home. We had a mattress, couch, and recliner cleaned. We also had two carpets cleaned. I can’t say enough good things about our experience! Everything looks amazing. They were so professional and completed everything in such a timely manner. The price was more than reasonable! I highly recommend this business and will keep them in mind for any future carpet or furniture needs. I didn’t realize all the services they can provide beside cleaning carpets, from furniture, to mattresses/box spring, to area rugs (indoor or outdoor). This service can definitely help refresh and extend the life of these items. I give them a 10:10!
